With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James Tolliver of Centerville, Texas, born in Freeburn, Kentucky, who passed away on April 1, 2024 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James Monroe Tolliver and Caroline Tolliver (Scarberry); his siblings, Vernon Tolliver, Loretta Tolliver, Yvonne Burchett (Tolliver) and Thurman Tolliver; and his grandchildren, Jacob Vandayburg, Joshua Tolliver and Aniston Valle.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Lou Tolliver (Milam); his children, Rickie Dean Tolliver, Beverly Jean Echols (Joe Echols) and James Martin Tolliver, Jr. (Julia Tolliver); his grandchildren, Victoria Tolliver, Shuree Waters, Jessica Garner, Jeremy Vandayburg and Jeremy Valle; his great grandchildren, Jaylynn Garner, Kayden Ford, Karsyn Waters, Charli Waters and Jeremy Cace Valle; and his siblings, Barbara S. Hayford (Tolliver) and Alvin Tolliver.
