He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Foy Guy and Lucille Chumley (Cannon); his siblings, Thomas Chumley, LaDoris Chumley Landrum (Ray) of Jarrell and Ruby Marcille Kinnison of Louisville, KY; and his sons, Richard Shannon Chumley, Michael Edward Chumley and Jeffery "Trent" Chumley. He was also cherished by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
