He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Starns and Joyce Starns (Dominy); and his grandson Hunter Wilkerson. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Starns of Flo; his children, Stacy Wilkerson (Jason) of Midlothian and Brad Starns (Robbie) of Flo; his grandchildren, Lauren Spurgeon (Cash), Drennan Starns, Grayden Starns, Asher Starns and Hynson Starns; and his siblings, Tommy Starns (Cindy) of Midway and Cindy Clopton (Gene) of Yukon, OK. He is also survived by numerous extended family and friends.
