She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Mark and Mary Martin (Andrews); her husband Melvin Starr Umphenour; her son Dennis Umphenour, Sr.; her son-in-law Rick Elliot; and her grandson-in-law Joshua McCoy.
She is survived by: her children, Eddie Harold Umphenour (Paulette) of Nacogdoches, Melvin Starr Umphenour, Jr. of Willis, Virgil Umphenour (Mickey) of North Pole, AK and Mary Ann Elliot of Huntsville; and her grandchildren, Jason Umphenour (Cheryl), Lynette Holland (Ed), David Umphenour, Michelle Puig (Robert), Scott Hill (Laura), Mandi Sulkowski (Richard), Andrew Elliot (Christina), Shelbie Umphenour, Eric Umphenour (Becky) and Denny Umphenour, Jr. (Gerianne Sanchez). She is also survived by twenty-five great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren and numerous extended family.
