He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Moncrief, Sr. and Bess Moncrief (Davis); and his brother Carl Moncrief, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Jan Moncrief; his children, Toya Creel (Moncrief), Monica Rogers, Christie Lout and Root Bradford; and his brother Dr. Jack Moncrief. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
