She is survived by: her husband John Richard "J. R." Thomas of Centerville; her son Kevin Ellis (Karen) of Centerville, Texas; her stepdaughter Kim Thomas of Fairfield, Texas.; and her grandchildren, Katie Hooks (Riley) of Huntsville, Kortnie Ellis of Centerville, Brittni Harris of Tyler, Baylee Harris of Fairfield, Texas, Raynie Mae Hooks and Sterling Ann Sanchez. She is also survived by the numerous extended family members and special friends.
