He is survived by: his wife Sheri Loujeanne Hatch Pipes; his children, Peri Pipes Gilmore (David), Kelly Pipes Bruner (Jack), Rhonda Hatch Thomas (Gary), Sandra Hatch McCraw (John), Richard Hatch (Donna) and Mark Hatch (Kim); and his siblings, Paul Ray Pipes (Linda), Robert Harvey Pipes (Frieda), Thomas Earl Pipes (Kathy), Emma Lee Pipes Petty, Peggy Joyce Pipes Henson and Ada Pearl Pipes Hart. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 25 great-grandchildren.
