She was predeceased by: her parents, William Earl Sutton and Della Blaylock Sutton; her sister Sue Sutton; her sons, Danny Lee Carpenter and Sonny Wayne Carpenter; and her husband Robbie Wayne Carpenter.
She is survived by: her children, Ken Carpenter of Clear Lake and Robin; and her son-in-law Bob Buckalew of Centerville. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, fourteen great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
