He was predeceased by: his parents, Yondell Barr and Billie Doggett Barr; his son Charles Brent Barr; and his parents-in-law, Billy and Jean Lawson.
He is survived by: his wife Luciana Lawson Barr; his son Blake Lawon Barr (Alix); his grandchildren, Charles Brent Barr, Kennedi Barr and Braylon Barr; his siblings, Gayla Horn (Larry), Johnny Barr (Debbie) and Steve Barr (Tracy); his sisters-in-law, Debra Yarbrough and Sherry Lawson; and his nieces and nephews, Ashley Wulf (Ben), Amber Dubea (Robby), Brandon Barr (Stacie), Justin Barr, Jordan Horn, Chad Barr (Darby), Cade Yarbrough (Traci) and Nathan Yarbrough A.
