Payne and Louis Mae McGuire Payne; her husband Charles Edward Lackey; her sisters, Charlene Hatadis and Ann McComber; her children-in-law, Pinky Lackey and Kevin O'Connor; her granddaughter Jessica Creech; and her siblings-in-law, Diane Payne, Essie Mae Hester, Pearl Jones, Addie Mae Osburn, James Lackey and Marshall Lackey.
She is survived by: her children, Doug Lackey of Oxford, June (Steve Cubstead) of Grapeland, Debra (Craig Hallman) of Rome, Georgia, Ronald Lackey (Vickie) of Munford, Carolyn Lackey of Lincoln, Perry Lackey (Samantha) of Munford, Saundra O'Connor of Center, Dona Lackey of Midland and Denise (Rodney Mathews) of Joaquin, Texas; her brothers, Jim Payne of Plano and Bud Payne (Barbara) of Eddie, Texas; her brothers-in-law, Jerry Lackey of Munford and Randy Lackey of Wadley, Alabama; her niece Patricia Ledbetter of Valley Mills, Texas.; and her great grandchildren, Chris Hurst, Caiden Hickman, Steven Hurst, Chance Lackey, Dee Hickman, Blake Lackey and Terry Lackey. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren; 35 great grandchildren; 7 great great grandchildren.
