She was predeceased by: her parents, William Roy "Bopa" O'Pry and Jacqueline Delores "Nana" Green O'Pry; her sisters, Debbie Gayle Hudspeth and Peggy Diane Lang; her nieces and nephews, Jerry Lynn O'Pry, Jennifer Dianne Lang and Miracle Starr O'Pry; her great-nephew Matthew Maeker; and her grandparents, Ola Mae O'Pry, William H. O'Pry, Hilda Morie Green and Bruce Irving Green.
She is survived by: her husband Juan Ceuvas; her brother Gary Lynn O'Pry Sr. (Sheree) of Lindale, Texas; her children, William Warren "Duke" Campbell of Longview and Mindi Marie Chavez of Center, Texas; and her grandchildren, Sophia Marie Anderson of Center and Eli Shae McWilliams of Center, Texas. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
