He is survived by: his wife Rose Bennett; his son James Warren Smith (Kimberly Chantel); his stepsons, Richard Curtis Tony and Logan Dean Sandifer; and his grandchildren, Triston Smith, Karista Smith, Rilynn Smith, Lilly Gay, Maddalyn Gay, Gage Tony, Isabel Sandifer, Violet Sandifer and Honey Sandifer.
