He is survived by: his children, Austin Boylen (Alexis) and Eva Boylen (Chris); his siblings, Damon Ontiveros and Elane Stifflemire; and his grandchildren, Caleb Boylen, Paije Manucy, Chase Sams, Lily Manucy and Elijah Boylen. He is also survived by Numerous nieces and nephews.
