We are sad to announce that on February 23, 2022, at the age of 71, Judy Ann Matthews Foster of Center, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Josephine Morrison Matthews and Virgil "Slick" Matthews; her brother-in-law Terry Smith; her nephew Shane Smith; and her close friend Laura Simmons.

She is survived by: her husband Terry Foster; her stepdaughter Kelly Foster; her children, Sterling Alley of Ruidoso, NM and Allison Pratt (Eric); her grandchildren, Kaleigh and Keaton of Center, TX; her son Scott Foster (Christi); her grandson Wyatt of Center, TX; her daughter Whitney Scarber (Brady); her grandchildren, Tucker, Tyce and Tripp of Center, TX.; and her sister Jerry Smith of Shelbyville, TX.
