He was predeceased by: his parents, Kermit A. McSwain and Cora Mae McSwain (Spells); his sister Jackie McSwain; his nephew Richard Fancher; his close friend Dorothy Fausett; and also Becky McSwain.
He is survived by: his wife Becky Jean Luman; his daughters, Leann Baldwin (C. J. Foy) and Jonise Holley (Ronnie); his grandchildren, Megan Wiggins (Alex), Loren Requena (Abraham), Kassey Harkness, Bryce Baldwin and Bentlee Baldwin (Jacob Grant); his great grandchildren, Wesley, Thomas Wiggins, Adan, Phoenix, Clarity, Axel Requena, Braxton and Branton Harkness; and his nieces and nephews, Sandy Maloy (Tim), Kathy Carrington (Bubba) and Timmy Fancher.
