He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee Esco Rhame and Sallie Adams Rhame Brittain; his granddaughter Alyssa Retherford; his sister Cathy Lee Hamlin; and his siblings-in-law, Iva Nell Miller, Gene Miller and David Jansen.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Rhame of Center; his sons, Wesley Rhame (Savannah) of Center and Kris Rhame (Charla) of Center; his grandchildren, Colton Rhame (Michelle), Jaden Rhame, Jake Lynn Rhame, Calob Chisenhall, Matthew Chase Rhame, Caden Sowell and Zachary Retherford (Alaina); his great grandchildren, Cailyn Rhame, Cole Rhame, Raelyn Retherford and Fisher Retherford; and his sisters, Sue Jansen of Center and Tammy Lewis of Center. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, October 22nd 2024 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Sardis Cemetery Center, Texas Get (12545 TX-7, Center, TX 75935). A graveside service was held on Tuesday, October 22nd 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
