He was predeceased by: his parents, C. R. Perry and Mildred Harsley Perry; and his brothers, Rusty Perry and Bill Perry. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Daw Perry; his children, Eric Perry (Mandy), Vicky Sneed, Jamie Perry, Yvette (Jeffery Sims) and Tommy Victory (Wendy); his grandchildren, Macade Perry (Victoria), Mason Perry, Taylor (Bobby Mueller), Cody Sneed, Kylie, Casey Sneed, Lane, Matthew Sneed, Jalaila, Abigail Sneed, Seth Mitchell Sneed, Kaitlyn Perry, Pierce Perry, Travis Perry, Trevor Perry, Macayla Williford, Nick Sims (Jennifer) and Nicole (Matthew Frame); and his great grandchildren, Denlee Hill, Coye Hill, Cooper Perry, Paxton Mueller, Maddox Mueller, Kaden, Preslee Sims, Joshua, Jaycob Blue, Aubreigh, Matti and Adi Frame.
