He is survived by: his parents, Donnie Ray Hammons and Cathy Dison (Mark); his children, Makayla and Slade Nations; his siblings, Elizabeth Ludwig, Stanley Harbour, Christina Barbaro (Dustin), Alec Ludwig, Julie Arenas, Laurin Hammons and Cody Cameron (Ashlyn); and his aunts and uncles, Stephen Hensley, Rhett Page, JoAnn Nutt and Maxine Mims.
