He is survived by: his wife Mary Wier Ferguson; his daughters, Leighton Elizabeth and Georgia Katherine; his mother Vicki Cook Ferguson; his sister Fara Ferguson Carvalhinhos (Pete); his nieces, Katherine Paris and Emily Elizabeth Carvalhinhos; his aunts and uncles, Karen King (Walter), Gary Ferguson (Shannah), Alan Ferguson (Peg), Larry Cook (Dellana) and Ginger Cook; his great-aunt Edna Goodman; his mother-in-law Linda; and his brothers-in-law, Matt Wier and Brad Wier.
In lieu of flowers, a fund has been established by his friends with Edward Jones for his daughters' education.
