He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, King Barker and Grace Barker (Campbell); his former spouse Bobbie Jean Jackson; his daughter Cathy; his wife Charlotte Robertson Miller of Winters; his son Keith Barker (Kim) of Kingwood; his grandchildren, Patrick, Jackson, Chris and Courtney; his stepchildren, Michael Davis (Nancy) of Winters and Carla Woolley (John) of Fort Worth; and his stepgranddaughters, Stefanie and Rachel. He was also cherished by several great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to First Baptist Church in Winters or the charity of the giver's choice.
