She is survived by: her husband Otis Dwight Blevins; her son Scott McElrath (Stacie) of San Antonio; her stepdaughter Buffey Guilbeau of San Antonio; and her grandchildren, Dalton, Lindsey, Brianna, Kaley, Chance and Tommy.
