He is survived by: his mother Ida Belle Dugger; his wife Carol Dugger (Cecala); his children, Dawn Woodin (Jimmy), Dusty Soliz (Ramon) and BJ Dugger (Jamie); his brothers, Ronnie Dugger and Tommy Dugger; his grandchildren, Joseph Rodriguez (Holy), Haley Rodriguez, Caden Soliz, Paxton Soliz, Dylan Dugger and Davis Dugger; and his great grandchildren, Miles and Cole Rodriguez.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Kerrville Church of Christ (1900 TX-534 Loop, Kerrville, TX 78028).
