He was predeceased by: his brother David L. Perrin; and his parents, Linda S. Perrin and James L. Perrin. He is survived by: his wife Kambra; and his son Kaden.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to Peterson Hospice, as they were an integral part of his caretaking in his last months.
