He was predeceased by: his parents, Guy Walter Todd and Evelyn Wilson Todd. He is survived by: his friend Dale Criswell; his wife Ann Quinn Todd; his son Scott Todd of Oregon; and his foster siblings, Sue Leasure (Ken), Bubba Sparks (Nancy), Bill Sparks (Lauren) and Vicki Sparks Moses. He is also survived by his family, friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in his honor to Peterson Hospice and ASPCA.
