It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Whetstone of Center Point, Texas, who passed away on February 16, 2025, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Douglas Wayne Whetstone (Judith Chambers) and Edline Lucille Meissner Whetstone; and his grandparents, Edd, Leona Meissner, Albert and Nora Whetstone.
He is survived by: his siblings, Tammye Renee Elliott and Ricky Lee Whetstone; his stepsister Cathy Tilton; his stepmother Judith Whetstone; his niece Tiffany; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Bryson and Ellie; and his girlfriend Laura Hickey-Tuttle.
