He was predeceased by: his son Micheal Faulkner; and his mother Barbara Caudell. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Faulkner; his sons, Jack Faulkner and James Faulkner; his father Ward Faulkner; and his siblings, Jim Faulkner, Bobbie Hukill, June Faulkner, Donna Vanderburg and Diane Arnold. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
