He was predeceased by: his brother Feed Mill; his parents, Vernon Powell and Ella Powell; his siblings, Morris, Wanda, Lois, Melba, Mildred, Vernon and Doris Edna; his children, Larell and Robert; his wife Bobbie Jean Lackey; his granddaughter Heather; and his great grandchild Colton.
He is survived by: his daughter Marilyn Swyers (Bill); his daughter-in-law Patsy Powell; his grandchildren, Danny Langbein (Mandy) of Kerrville, Jim Hurst of Hunt, Jennifer Powell of Liberty, Will Swyers (Angela) of Boscawen and Shea Swyers of Center Point; his great grandchildren, Shelby, Caden, Christina, Seth, Edie, Emmie, Kayley and Tyler; his niece Kim Crawford; and his nephews, Danny Smith, Bill Holloway, Raymond Holloway, Clay Powell, Chuck Storms and Larry Powell. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Family asks that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to Center Point Volunteer Fire Department.
