He was predeceased by: his parents, Ed Washburn and Nell Washburn; his former wife Marsha Washburn; and his siblings, Ed Jr. of Mack, HL, Kenneth and Shirley Jean.
He is survived by: his wife Twila Washburn; his daughters, Eva Jane Justice and Robbin Burlew; his siblings, Ollie Washburn and Glenda Laws; his grandchildren, Amber Burley, Jay Mumm, Cody Burlew and Travis Burlew; and his stepchildren, Tara Burrer, Perry Penny, Alex Polen and Brad Moore. He is also survived by five step grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and four step great-grandchildren.
