It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mickey Carter of Celina, Texas, born in McKinney, Texas, who passed away on February 12, 2023, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Coy Carter and Margaret Carter; his brother Michael Carter; and his pets, Blackie and Gator.
He is survived by: his pet Sugar; his children, Shelli Carter of Moore, Stephan "Butch" Carter (April) of Rowlett and Robyn Fox (Robert); his grandchildren, Ashley Baxley, Rachel Fox, Madi Fox, Chloe Carter, Trevor Carter and Cora Carter; his great grandchildren, Liam Baxley and Harper Baxley; and his sister Joyce Farquhar.
