He is survived by: his wife Marsha Bowers of Celina, Texas; his children, Brenda Osborne of Brandon, Florida, Howsey Riley Bowers, Jr. of St. Augustine, Florida, Theresa Henderson of South Carolina, Kimberly Robinson of Avon Park, Florida, Jennifer Warriner (Jeremy) of Astatula, Florida and Jessica Scott (Shea) of Celina, Texas; his stepson Alan Scarbrough of Sebring, Florida; and his brother Earl Bowers, Jr.. He is also survived by six grandchildren.
