He is survived by: his wife Glinda Duke; his children, Ray Duke (Elizabeth), Jeff Duke (Chelsea), Rusty Morris (Michelle), Jennifer Arnold (Chad) and Jan Crawford (Mark); his sisters, Regina Pahal (Jim), Nelwyn Talley (Andy), Paula Duke and Michele Johnson (Mark); and his grandchildren, Alexis Duke, Olivia Duke, Daniela Duke, Hannah Williams (J. J.), Keegan Menn, Sarah Menn, Randall Morris (Bridgette), Colton Morris (Megan), Colby Morris, Kasey Morris, Mitchell Tennison, Cassie Tennison, Abby Tennison, Cooper Arnold, Brandon Crawford (Ashley), Morgan Sugg (Brad), Cameron Arnold, Kellan Duke and Brad Sugg. He is also survived by fifteen great-grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild.
