He is survived by: his wife Pat; his children, Teri Francis (Mark) of Hammond, LA and Billy Francis II (Kim) of Flower Mound, TX; his stepsons, Randy Chelf (Donna) of Enid, OK, Steve Chelf of Celina, TX and Brad Chelf (Jessi) of Celina, TX.; his grandchildren, Travis, Brooke, Andrew, Brett and Ryan; his stepgrandchildren, Colton, Clint, Courtney, Case and Gage; his great grandchildren, Braden, Kiara, Madelyn, Mason and Liam; and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Camden, Addison, Cash, Chloe and Carter.
