She was predeceased by: her parents, William Hunter and Alta Lee Gauntt (Pate); her husband William Clayton Barron; her son Kerry Vaughn Barron; her great grandchild Betty Caroline Barron of Celina; and her siblings, Dorothy Morgan of Hooks and Butch Smith of Avery.
She is survived by: her children, Doran (Bonnie Barron), Randall (Melinda Barron) and Darice (Billy G. Nations) of Washington, AR; her daughter-in-law Marilyn Barron of Pasadena; and also Mary Johnson of Van Alystyne, Texas.. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
