It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Vaughn of Celeste, Texas, born in Rochelle, Illinois, who passed away on November 24, 2020, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her adoptive parent Howell Luna; her husband James Franklin; her parents, Howell Luna and Thelma Luna (James Franklin); her children, Kimberly Kay Block, James Michael Vaughn, Isaac "Eddie" Burns (Angie), Howell Martin "Marty" Burns (Paula), Shawn Vaughn, Justin Vaughn (Angie) and Alice Edwina Burns; and her brother-in-law Walter Vaughn Jr. (Ramona).
