He is survived by: his sons, Gary Keith Lyon (Ginger) and Ronnie Lyon (Paula); his grandchildren, Kristi Ross (Jon), Karen Goodwin (Tre), Kevin Lyon, Jared Lyon (Grace) and Jeremy Lyon (Kirstin); his great grandchildren, Emmalyn Ross, Jonah Ross, Everly Ross, Henley Goodwin, Braylee Goodwin and Mavery Goodwin; his brother Paul Lyon; and his brothers-in-law, Bobby Lyday (Evaughn), Richard Lyday (Beverly) and Larry Lyday (Ruth). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
