He was predeceased by: his father Gale Roland Hughes, Sr.; his sister Patti Hughes; and his uncle Louis Scotch. He is survived by: his mother Patricia Scotch Hughes; his wife Laura Hughes; his children, Jake, Jacquelyn Hughes, Samantha and Trent Maxwell; and his sister Tracy Feagin. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A rosary was held on Thursday, December 12th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 6:30 PM at the Coker-Mathews Funeral Home Chapel (5100 I-30 Frontage Rd East, Greenville, TX 75402). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
