He is survived by: his parents, James Arthur Moore (Alicia Moore) and Patricia Anne O'Connell Moore (Mike Fowler); his daughters, Kara and Amber Moore; and his brother Chuck (Mary). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, friends, and coworkers.
