James Paul Kretzmann Obituary

He was predeceased by: his parents, Rev. Herbert Kretzmann and Dorothy Kretzmann (Meier). He is survived by: his wife Jeanne Kretzmann (Rader); his siblings, John Kretzmann (Katherine Youngmeister), Karen Tritch (Randy), Jeremy Kretzmann, Joel Kretzmann and Kathryn Prager (Lance); and his brothers-in-law, Kenneth Rader (Vicki), David Rader (Sherrie) and George Rader (Glenda). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM, on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM and on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Good Shepherd Lutheran Church (700 W Whitestone Blvd, Cedar Park, TX 78613). A graveside service will be held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Amble Cemetery (9635 N Bailey Rd, Howard City, MI 49329).
In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be given to Legacy Deo (https://www.legacydeo.org) (formerly Lutheran Foundation of Texas) for the To God Be the Glory Endowment (EN183), established years ago by James and Jeanne to support several entities for the training of church workers and missions and ministries in Texas, in the USA, and around the world.
