He was predeceased by: his parents, James Sr. Baskin and Frances May Baskin. He is survived by: his wife Helen Evans Baskin; his children, Dean Baskin (Anne Shiu) of College Station, TX and Andrea Snyder (Matthew) of Liberty Hill, TX; and his granddaughters, Clara, Alice, Chloe, Elizabeth and Catherine.
