He is survived by: his mother Grace Sturm Gerace; his wife Rose Marie Gerace; his children, Marcela Gerace, James Gerace Jr., Amber Currier (John W. Currier) and Chris Gerace; his grandchildren, Haley Gerace Sutton, Summer Dybala, Grant Gerace, Ciara Gerace Woods, Kaiya Gerace Woods and John D. Currier; and his siblings, Mary Stevenson, Barbara Robinson and Paul Gerace. He is also survived by numerous Nieces, Nephews.
