She is survived by: her husband Randy Petrik; her children, Kimberly Pruitt, Kelley Beminio, Randy Petrik Jr., Jennifer Lee and Crystal Moon; her grandchildren, Krystal, Michael, Jessica, Matthew, Kari, Chris, Kayla, Cameron, Joseph and Ethan; and her great grandchildren, Anthony, Masie, Kizier, Karlee, Kayden, Jerzee and Keithan.
