She is survived by: her husband Buster Lewis; her sons, Andy Lewis and Charles Lewis; her daughter-in-law Melissa Lewis; her daughter Teresa Dotson; her son-in-law Jeff Dotson; her grandchildren, Chrissy Lewis, Caley Lewis, Tabatha Dotson, Kirsten Dotson, Cameron Lewis and Danielle Dotson; and her sisters, Sandra Holder and Mary Crim. She is also survived by nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews and many friends.
