He was predeceased by: his parents, Virgil Wayne and Joyce Pearl Dotson. He is survived by: his wife Donna Annette Dotson; his sons, Jeffrey Wayne Dotson (Teresa Dotson), James Jacob Dotson (Michele Dotson) and Jeb Stewart Dotson (Vanessa Dotson); and his siblings, Pat Jones, Keith Dotson (Maggie Dotson) and Harold (Clarice Dotson). He is also survived by eight grandchildren, and a great-granddaughter.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Jeter & Son Funeral Home (332 Cedar St, Cedar Hill, TX 75104). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location. The military honors will be held on Tuesday, December 10th 2024 from 11:15 AM to 11:45 AM at the Military Honors & Internment Dallas/Fort Worth National Cemetery (2000 Mountain Creek Pkwy, Dallas, TX 75211).
