He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. William Carroll Ragan (Bill) and Evelyn Marie Ragan (Parmely). He is survived by: his brother Ron Ragan of Tyler, Texas; his sister-in-law Lynda Ragan of Tyler; his nephew Jeff Ragan of Tyler; and also Joyce Dawson (Ragan) of Greenville.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Hillcrest Baptist Church.
