We are sad to announce that on June 4, 2023, at the age of 81, Nelda Jaye Perez of Cedar Hill, Texas, born in Amarillo, Texas passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Nelda Jaye Perez to pay them a last tribute.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Guy Adrian Porter (Pecos) and Myrtle Inez Porter (McGraw); her sisters, Sally and Edith; and her grandchildren, Lara, Maya, Maddie and Chloe. She was also cherished by mother in their family.
The day after her cancer diagnosis and first round of chemo, she tested positive for COVID, contracted in the hospital, resulting in a week of brave solitude.
