He was predeceased by: his grandson Cordale. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Owens; and his sons, Michael D. Owens, Jr. of Cedar Hill, Robert Owens of Cedar Hill and Victor Owens of St. Augustine, Florida.. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
