He was predeceased by : his grandparents, Rev. H. V., Thelma Caraway, Paul and Alma "Corky" Pierson. He is survived by : his parents, Larry Caraway and Paula Caraway; his son Levi Caraway of Waco; his sister Laurie Stanford (Bob) of Midlothian; and his nieces, Lynnsey and Lacey Stanford. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, July 13th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Jeter & Son Funeral Home (332 Cedar St, Cedar Hill, TX 75104).
