He is survived by: his father Emilio Acosta of Houston Texas; his children, Jose Acosta Jr., Alex Acosta of Atlanta, Georgia, Aubrey Acosta and Angel Acosta of Atlanta, Georgia; his siblings, Susana Sanchez (Jonn) of Ceder Hill, Texas, Emilio Acosta (Yolanda) of Cedar Hill, Dale Acosta of Forrest City and Juan Acosta (Leslie) of Marianna, Arkansas; and his nieces and nephews, Jennifer Sanchez, Jessica Sanchez, Dayley Acosta, John Sanchez Jr., Juan Sanchez Jr. and Kyle Acosta.
