He was predeceased by: his parents, Barbara Biggs and John Smalling; his grandparents, Malvin and Mary Lee Allen; and his uncles, Paul, Marcus Allen and Davy Smalling.
He is survived by: his wife Stephanie Smalling; his children, Wendy, Autumn Smalling and Seth Dunlap; his grandchildren, Jacob, Kyrie Smalling, Kameron, Blake Hardin, Tre, Ke'lynn Johnson, Lance, Lorelei and Jonathan Dunlap; his great grandchildren, Charlee, Ryder, Rachel and Blaine; and his siblings, Aven, Johnie Rebecca, David and Joe Smalling. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests Memorials be made in John's name to the Charity of your choice.
