He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Pendergrass and Cora Pendergrass (Mahurin); and his brothers, Kenneth, Lloyd, Don and Roy Pendergrass.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Pendergrass; his children, Sheri Lefkoski (Joe), Carri Shehorn (Brent) and Terry Pendergrass (Tiffany); his granddaughters, Kathy (Damon), Melissa, Taylor (Sergey) and Madison; his stepgrandson Christopher; his great grandchildren, Killian, Klayton, Korben and Lily; his brother Clyde "Terry" Pendergrass; and his sister-in-law Teresa Queen-Smith. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
